  • Incorporation of Ajiya Berhad on 14th February 1996.
  • Setting up of ARI sales & marketing office in Seberang Perai, Pulau Penang.
  • ASG plant commenced operation at Lot 575, Segamat, Johor, its present corporate head office and main factory.
  • ARI was awarded MS ISO 9002:1994.
  • Ajiya Berhad was listed on the 2nd board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (then known as the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) on the 20th December 1996.
