- Responsible for realizing annual sales/Business targets.
- Build, develop and manage sales team to support sales strategies.
- Develop and implement all sales policies, practices and internal sales procedures to drive service excellence

- Develop and implement marketing communication campaigns as per demand creation plan.
- Manage and update company website, social media platforms.
- Coordinate external corporate and brand awareness / marketing communication related presentation and activities. (eg. Seminars / webinars, training, group presentation, system application display panels, gallery/showrooms, etc)

- Responsible for overall credit control administration for the group of companies.

- To plan daily production schedule to maximize output.
